Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Concierge at danceplanet.se, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. You will assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and recommendations, and handle any concerns or issues that may arise. Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in delivering a high level of service to our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software

• Fluency in English and Swedish

• Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
